Culture Connect, Inc. offers Cultural Diversity/Competency Trainings specifically tailored to meet American business, institution, individual, or agency needs. Such trainings may include: the background of refugee/asylee/immigrant workers, educating employees about differences in the workforce, inter- and cross-cultural communication, and commonalities and differences between cultures.

Participants will learn how to recognize culture-specific situations and handle them with respect, how to overcome cultural barriers in the workplace, and how to leverage differences for positive results, among other skills.
