Since 2006, Culture Connect has provided Language Services at Piedmont Hospital with excellent service both in their turnaround time after we have placed our requests, as well as in the quality of interpreters that are assigned to each encounter. Honesty also plays an important role, especially when CC is not able to get hold of an interpreter or when they don't have a particular language available. This gives us the flexibility to secure an interpreter with other agencies. I would describe CC as being reliable and transparent in the way they do business.

In speaking with an Educational Specialist employed by one of our local refugee resettlement agencies and expressing some of the issues that I was experiencing, she indicated that I would need to contact an organization called “Culture Connect, Inc.”

In our program, New Choices for New Americans, which is a pre-apprenticeship construction and vocational English training program, in the time of need, Culture Connect came to the rescue. In this program, all of our clients are new Americans but, they do not all speak and understand the English language.
We needed interpretation services and with little prior notice, Culture Connect provided an interpreter that was very prompt and cooperative.
We needed translation services of the Amharic and Russian languages and after putting the project out for numerous bids, Culture Connect had the best in prices, services, and efficiency.

I want to thank Culture Connect for the superb services it has provided to Refugee Family Services during the initiation of our Mental Health Initiative.
